100% Grignolino. When young, Grignolino is dominated by rich strawberry aromas; with age, these recede in favor of a more mature, wine-like character. On the palate, spicy notes such as clove and licorice emerge. Pairs well with polenta, fonduta, or Castelmagno cheese. Serving temperature: 15-18°C.
