100% Grignolino. When drunk young, the Grignolino is dominated by lush strawberry aromas; as it ages, these fade into the background in favor of a winey maturity. On the palate, spicy notes such as cloves and licorice. Goes well with polenta with fondue or Castelmagno. Drinking temperature 15-18 °C.
