2009 Cerons, sweet, 13.5% vol., Chateau de Cerons

Very complex with great finesse and despite the hot 2009 vintage with a classy acidity that provides freshness and elegance. On the palate you have exotic fruits, honey and spices. Despite its age, it is still quite youthful and has a long shelf life. The main grape variety is the Semillon with 80%, supplemented by smaller proportions Sauvignon Blanc and Muscadelle. The harvest was done by hand and the grapes were strictly selected. The expansion took place in barriques for 18 months. The Chateau de Cerons is considered the number one in the Cerons.
