FORVM vinegars are unfiltered, so the sediment is normal. The Cabernet Sauvignon vinegar is stored in oak barrels. Its bouquet is mild and well balanced. Excellent with meat dishes as well as in cold dishes. The Chardonnay vinegar is sweet and balanced in its aroma, and the Merlot vinegar is youthful and balanced fruity.
