Dense and opulent, with a wonderfully animating freshness. The grapes for this wine come from the Josefsberg in Leiwen. The vineyard is dominated by Devonian slate and is terraced across the slope. The harvest is done by hand, the pressing only with low pressure, storage in steel tanks, no fining or similar.
