DE - ORGANIC - 039 Two friends from Hamburg, Peter Hundert and Oliver Schaulin, produce a syrup that is freshly mixed with sparkling mineral water just before serving. This saves bottles and space in the refrigerator and allows for precise control over the intensity of the finished drink. The syrup consists primarily of large quantities of fresh organic ginger juice and orange juice, and is gently sweetened exclusively with the finest organic agave syrup. Use 2 cl of ginger syrup and 10 cl of mineral water. Ideal as a non-alcoholic lemonade, with rum as a Dark or Stormy, with vodka as a Moscow Mule, or with gin as a London Buck.
