DE-ÖKO-039 The two Hamburg friends Peter Hundert and Oliver Schaulin make syrup that is only mixed fresh with sparkling mineral water when it is consumed. This saves bottles and space in the refrigerator and allows the intensity of the finished drink to be precisely dosed. The syrup essentially consists of large quantities of fresh organic ginger juice and orange juice and is carefully sweetened only with the best organic agave syrup. For every 2 cl ginger syrup there is 10 cl mineral water. Ideal as a non-alcoholic lemonade, with rum as Dark and Stormy, with vodka as Moscow Mule or with gin as London Buck. Store in the refrigerator after opening. Also available as a tonic syrup, article 43804.
