The vintage Wild Citrus Blossom syrup has a scent reminiscent of sour candies, tart yet fresh, and floral. Its flavors include citrus, lemon balm, and lemongrass. Use diluted 1:10, for example, as a floral spritzer, to enhance sparkling wine and tea, as a hot infusion, and it pairs very well with desserts. The German Flower Sparkling Wine Manufactory offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh blossoms. All of their products, which are almost unique worldwide, were developed by biologist Anja B. Quaschning. The base ingredients are blossoms, harvested by hand and processed immediately after picking. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. The flower syrups are only slightly sweet, and the flower extracts are sugar-free.
