DE - ORGANIC - 034 The vintage Lavender Blossom syrup has a herbaceous and distinct lavender aroma without being perfumed. Taste: mountain herbs, spicy, cooling, bittersweet, fresh. Use diluted 1:10 as a flower spritzer, to refine sparkling wine and tea, as a hot infusion, in yogurt and muesli, with desserts, fresh fruit, in vinegar-oil dressings, and in sauces for lamb. The German Flower Sparkling Wine Manufactory offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh blossoms, developed almost uniquely worldwide by biologist Anja B. Quaschning. The base product is always blossoms, which are harvested by hand and processed fresh from the pick. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are only slightly sweet, flower extracts are sugar-free.
