DE-ÖKO-034 The vintage blossom syrup LAVENDER BLOSSOM smells herbal and clear of lavender without being perfumed. Taste: mountain herbs, spicy, cooling, tart-sweet, fresh. Use diluted 1:10 as a spritzer, to refine sparkling wine and tea, as hot flowers, in yoghurt and muesli, with desserts, fresh fruits, in vinegar-oil dressings and in sauces for lamb. The Deutsche Blütensekt Manufaktur offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh flowers, developed almost uniquely worldwide by the biologist Anja B. Quäschning. The basic products are always flowers that are harvested by hand and processed freshly picked. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are not very sweet, flower extracts are sugar-free.
