DE - ORGANIC - 034 The vintage elderflower syrup has a typical aroma of elderflower, lime, and gooseberry leaves. Taste: tangy, refreshing, natural, herbaceous, and slightly bitter. Use diluted 1:10, for example, as a spritzer, to enhance sparkling wine and tea, as a hot infusion, in yogurt and muesli, with desserts and fresh fruit. The German Flower Sparkling Wine Manufactory offers exquisite delicacies made from fresh blossoms. All products, which are almost unique worldwide, were developed by biologist Anja B. Quaschning. The base ingredients are blossoms, which are harvested by hand and processed while still fresh. The flower extracts are made in clear spring water, without heating or pressing. Flower syrups are only slightly sweet, and flower extracts are sugar-free.
