Dessert mix for making American cheesecake with 35% cream cheese. Preparation: American Cheesecake Mix: Combine 1000g of the mix and 1250g of warm water (approx. 35°C) in a mixer with a whisk or paddle attachment and blend at low/medium speed for 2 minutes until a smooth cream is formed. Bake in the oven at 150-160°C for approximately 50 minutes. For a cheesecake with a more intense flavor, add 50g of egg yolk to the recipe.
