Yeast is the ideal helper for juicy sheet and fine fruit cakes, sweet yeast braids, loose breads and crispy rolls. The dry yeast can be stored without refrigeration and is easy to dose. 7g of dry yeast corresponds to about half a cube of fresh yeast and is used for about 500g of flour.
