AT - BIO - 301 The spirit of chocolate, captured by the Riegersburg culinary pioneers Alois Golles and Josef Zotter. Select cocoa beans are carefully roasted and, according to a specially developed recipe, transformed into chocolate at the Zotter distillery. Through meticulous distillation in copper stills, Golles brings the spirit of chocolate into the bottle. A clear distillate - the aroma of dark chocolate on the nose, the untamed power of roasted beans on the palate.
