AT - BIO - 301 The spirit of chocolate, captured by the Riegersburg culinary pioneers Alois Golles and Josef Zotter. Select cocoa beans are carefully roasted and, according to a specially developed recipe, stirred into chocolate at the Zotter factory. Through meticulous distillation in copper stills, Golles brings the spirit of chocolate into the bottle.
