The Stiggins Fancy is made from white and brown rum. These are each macerated with pineapple and then fired again. There are no added flavors. The result is an exotic fruity taste adventure that sends us from Port Royal to Tortuga across the Caribbean. Fine, caramel Rumaromen combine with ripe sweet pineapple to a seductive nose. On the palate, we are not disappointed, because we find a soft yet fruity intense spirit.
