Halen Mon sea salt is harvested from the Atlantic around the Isle of Anglesey in Wales. Smoking over wood chips from 800-year-old oak trees imparts a sweet smoky flavor to these salt flakes. This allows us to offer a uniquely delicious sea salt with a wonderful crunchy texture. This spice lends roasted meat and fish a pleasant grilled flavor.
