Flor de Sal from Mallorca, natural, (Flor de Sal d`es Trenc) ORGANIC
Flor de Sal (the flower of salt) is the purest of all salts. Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves have dedicated themselves to harvesting and distributing this premium salt in the nature reserve northeast of Playa Es Trenc in southeastern Mallorca. Michelin-starred chef Marc Fosh is responsible for refining the flavor of the Flor de Sal. In addition to the pure sea salt, gourmets can look forward to other subtly spiced variations of Flor de Sal.
