Flor de Sal (the flower of salt) is the purest of all salts. Katja Wohr and Robert Chaves have made it their mission to harvest and sell the top salt in the nature reserve north-east of Playa Es Trenc in the southeast of Mallorca. The star chef Marc Fosh is responsible for refining the taste of Flor de Sal. In addition to pure sea salt, gourmets can look forward to other cleverly seasoned versions of Flor de Sal.
