Walnut oil, walnut oil, Huilerie Lapalisse

This oil was the first to be pressed in the Hualerie Lapalisse and made it known. It is ideal for winter salads and for potato salad. The oil millers also recommend it with cream cheese. It is worth using this walnut oil instead of olive oil for a burrata.
