Orange blossom honey, ANEMOS
Orange blossom honey is collected in the sunny prefecture of Arta on the west coast of Greece. Melino orange blossom honey tastes lovely fine with a pleasant sweetness. The intense fruit aroma is reminiscent of a flowering orange grove. Wonderful on the breakfast rolls, for salad dressings or for marinating poultry. Honey is a natural product and can crystallize. Once the honey has crystallized, simply put the glass in a warm water bath, then the honey becomes liquid again.
