For this thyme oil only fresh thyme was cold extracted and added to rapeseed oil. The oil gets its green color from the dissolved leaf green chlorophyll. Compared to a distilled aromatic oil, this cold-extracted oil from nature is made up of many flavor and fragrance components. A distilled aromatic oil cannot have this variety of flavors and aromas in all their complexity. Enjoy undiluted or as desired.
