S41 Chroma Turbo Katano knife with KA - SIX cutting edge, 18.5 cm

Knife from Chroma, crafted from German Thyssen-Krupp steel. The new Ka-Six edge is hardened between 60 and 64 HRC, resulting in a high level of initial sharpness and long-lasting edge retention. The rest of the blade is hardened to a maximum of 58 HRC for good flexibility.
