These apple rings are delicious as a snack and also suitable for baking. Either soak briefly in boiling water or overnight in cold water. Suitable for muesli, pastries and fillings for poultry or pork. Some of the water has been removed from these fruits in order to preserve them. They can be eaten dried, but can also be soaked in water, fruit juice or alcohol. Of course, they are also ideal for garnishing a wide variety of dishes. The apples are harvested as fully ripe, sweet and aromatic fruit and dried with hot air.
