Marco Zingone`s truffle sauce
Quick and delicious - with summer truffles! Simply cook your favorite pasta, heat the sauce in a pan, and then toss the drained pasta in the sauce. Sprinkle with fresh Parmesan or shave fresh truffles. Alternatively, thinly slice fresh salmon carpaccio, heat the sauce, and then pour the hot sauce over the fish carpaccio. Top with some shiso cress, and you`re done. Marco Zingone, winner of The Taste 2016, lives with great passion and enthusiasm for good food.
