This paste is based on premium quality black garlic that has been fermented at controlled temperature and humidity. Through this slow and gentle transformation, the garlic developed balsamic sweet notes. The finished garlic paste saves the processing of the whole tubers and can be used directly for fish, lamb and poultry dishes. With a little olive oil, the paste can be enjoyed with tomatoes and onions or on pizza.
