Currypaste Panang. 27% dried red chili, lemongrass, shallots, garlic, salt, kaffir-lime bowl, galangal, cross-cereal powder, coriander seed. Stir 50 g of curry paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add 600 ml of coconut milk and stir at medium heat for 1 minute. Add 250 g of your favorite meat, fish sauce, palm sugar and / or spices. Add 60 g of sliced aubergines, kafirlimette leaves and fresh chillies and cook. Finally, add some basil leaves.
