Ingredients
Curry paste. 33% fresh green chili, lemongrass, garlic, shallots, salt, galangal, cumin, coriander seeds. Directions for 2-3 persons: Stir 50 g of curry paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and stir at medium heat for 1 minute. Add 250 g of your favorite meat, fish sauce, palm sugar and / or spices. Add 60 g of sliced aubergines, kaffir ginger leaves and fresh chilli to the boil and cook. Finally add some basil leaves.
