Curry paste yellow. 20% dried red chili, shallots, garlic, lemongrass, salt, galangal, turmeric, cumin, coriander seeds, spices (cinnamon, mace). Directions for 2-3 persons: Stir 50 g of curry paste with 2 tablespoons vegetable oil for 1 minute. Add 400 ml of coconut milk and stir at medium heat for 1 minute. Add 250 g of your favorite meat, 100 g of potatoes and 50 g of onion and continue to boil with stirring. Serve with steamed rice. Product from Thailand.
