Obtained from the cleanest waters off the coast of Cornwall - Land`s End - it is gently harvested and processed by hand. Over 60 valuable minerals and trace elements, such as those found in seawater, are retained for culinary enjoyment. With their pleasant texture, the crystals are easy to rub between your fingers and literally melt on the palate. The Cornish Sea Salt producers offer a premium sea salt and at the same time attach great importance to the careful use of natural resources. For example, the sea water from the salt production is only cooled down and adapted to the ecosystem, returned again.
