Very fine and renowned oil from the ancient oil mill Alziari in Nice. The golden yellow cuvee was cold-pressed from fully ripe harvested olives and, with its fruity-mild finesse, is especially tasty with cooked dishes and also with fine raw vegetables. On the palate, this olive oil clearly develops its fruitiness with slight mango, artichoke and nut notes. The scent of fresh almonds is reflected in the taste and strengthens in warm dishes.
