100% Vermentino. Sardinia`s youngest winemakers, Salvatore and Nicoletta, are in their early to mid-twenties and are the third generation to run the family vineyard. Their Vermentino comes from 20-year-old vines, is hand-harvested, and gently pressed. It is elegant, with light peach and citrus notes and a fine minerality. Serving temperature: 9-11°C.
