SucroAir allows you to create airy, stable foams. It is suitable for producing foams from alcoholic liquids. SucroAir is highly water-soluble but not fat-soluble. Therefore, SucroAir must first be dissolved in the aqueous medium. The SucroAir mixture should then be slowly added to the fat/oil-containing medium.
