Sweet biscuit mix. ALMOND FLOUR, sugar, WHEAT FLOUR, EGG WHITE POWDER, EGG YOLK POWDER, thickener: xanthan gum (E415). Directions: Blend 350g of Micro Bisquit Instant Sweet with 400ml of water in a food processor for 2 minutes until a smooth batter forms. Pour through a fine sieve into a 1-liter Isi siphon, gasse with two Isi N20 cartridges, and chill for two hours. Cut three 1.5cm-high cuts along the bottom edge of the disposable drinking cups and pipe 2.5cm-high drops of MicroBisquit mixture from the cream siphon into each cup. MicroBisquit mixture can be heated in the microwave (800W) for about 40 seconds. Depending on the appliance, the baking time can vary by up to 15 seconds. Store the mixed biscuit mixture in the refrigerator and consume within one week. The contents are sufficient for approximately 100 cups. Store in a cool, dry place away from light.
