70% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella. The Ripasso method, using the Amarone pomace, is the foundation of the exceptional density and unique aroma of this magnificent Valpolicella Superiore. It possesses a delicate spiciness and a deep, vinous flavor. It is an excellent accompaniment to dark meats, especially lamb and beef, as well as mature cheeses and salami. Serving temperature: 16-18°C.
