 
        Amarone della Valpolicella classico DOCG, red wine, barrique, Santa Sofia
70% Corvina and Corvinone, 30% Rondinella. The grapes are dried for around 90 days before vinification and lose around 30% of their water content in the process. Ripe, concentrated fruit, a sweet almond note and a long, chocolatey finish. The Amarone from Santa Sofia is one of the best-rated wines in international wine guides. Drinking temperature 16-18 °C.
