100% Sauvignon Blanc. Alpine - a fresh white wine from South Tyrol. On the barren, gravelly soil, the vines are still partially trained using the traditional pergola system. The canopy of leaves provides natural protection from excessive sun, perfect for very hot summers and for producing fresh, fruity wines. The wine has aromas of gooseberry, kiwi, herbs, and freshly cut grass. A crisp, elegant wine, perfect as an aperitif, with a green salad with baked goat cheese, or with asparagus.
