100% Chardonnay. Bottle fermentation. Fine, persistent perlage. Very dry, fruity and refreshing, with delicate hints of fresh white bread crust. A truly worthy alternative to French sparkling wines, whose production methods can no longer be mentioned in connection with sparkling wines from other regions, when paired with prawns or gravlax. Serving temperature 8-10°C.
