Italian broccoli are different, and so are they. Since 1929 the company Bauer in Trentino produces this product. It is seasoned with iodised salt and made without glutamate and hardened fats. Instead, there are plenty of vegetables in it: onions, carrots, celery, parsley, tomato, garlic and leek.
