From the small ripe Taggiasca olives of Liguria, with some extra virgin olive oil and herbs. It sets a spicy accent in meat dishes, in Mediterranean fillings and tomato sauces. You can also simply spread them on crostini for an aperitif and garnish with basil and diced tomatoes.
