Summer truffles, whole truffles, plantin
Particularly round and beautiful summer truffles with a very good degree of ripeness. They are boiled in truffle juice with a little salt and can be used like fresh truffles. Cut into small pieces or grated, they are ideal for making terrines, pies, sauces or with cream cheese. For sauces, they should be sauteed in a little olive oil beforehand.
