Palm Island, Alder and Hickory smoked salt, coarse, Hawaii
Palm Island Pacific Salt is produced using a special process. Pacific water from the coastal region off the island of Molokai is filtered and evaporated in closed systems using solar energy. A marine mineral extract is then added to the crystals. This results in a gourmet salt with only 84% sodium chloride - the remaining 16% consists of 80 elements and trace elements found in seawater.
