Pineapple preparation for flavoring pastries, desserts and ice cream. Glucose syrup, invert sugar syrup, 12% pineapple pieces, water, 5% pineapple juice concentrate, ethyl alcohol, thickener: modified starch, acidifier: citric acid, flavor, carrot concentrate, antioxidant: alpha-tocopherol. Dosage: 30-50 g, max. 153 g per 1 kg mass. Not suitable for direct consumption. Only for commercial processing. Bake-proof product. Store cool and dry.
