Microplane slicer with julienne blades

The new multi-slicer with interchangeable julienne blade insert from Microplane® is the new star in the kitchen. Depending on your needs, vegetables, fruits, or cheese can be easily and cleanly sliced into three different thicknesses (0.8 mm, 1.6 mm, 3.2 mm). The integrated julienne blade insert allows you to cut julienne strips from carrots, kohlrabi, zucchini, or celery, perfect for raw salads or as a soup garnish. This insert is stored securely on the underside of the slicer. Just like with the slicer, you can also cut julienne strips in the three thicknesses (0.8 mm, 1.6 mm, and 3.2 mm).
