Ingredients
Salad seasoning mix with binding. Crystal natural salt, maltodextrin, sugar, thickener: xanthan gum, onion, chives, parsley, garlic, pepper. Dosage: 55 g / l. Application: Preparation of emulsified base dressings using various oils and vinegars (55 g powder, 500 ml water, 350 ml oil, 150 ml vinegar) = approx. 1000 ml dressing. Use: Ideal for all spicy salad preparations as well as vegan mayonnaise, dip sauces, yoghurt dressings, French and cocktail dressings. Store closed and dry.
