Nut - nougat, light / dark layered, layered nougat NNSA
The nougat mass is made from roasted, peeled, and finely ground hazelnuts, with a mixture of cocoa products and sugar. This nut-nougat block consists of sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, and vanillin, and is made from alternating layers of extra-light and normal-dark nougat mass. When melted, it is ideal for filling pralines, candies, and pastries, as well as for flavoring buttercream. It has a pure roasted hazelnut flavor.
