Pressed from ripe, hand-picked mountain apples of the Pinova variety, which dates back to the roaring 1960s, but also from the finest European apple nobility. Pinova apples vary in size, are evenly shaped, have firm flesh, and a long stem. Serving temperature: 10-12°C. Especially recommended with light appetizers, dumplings, and blue cheese.
