At first this cheese was very suspect to us, but the taste blew us away - light, tart, creamy and fruity without being too sweet. The little red cranberries are wonderfully integrated into the white cheddar, and it really suits every summery cheese plate or salads. For this we recommend a crisp Chardonnay.
