A high-quality product (98% foie gras content) from Rougie. The pure foie gras farce (share 68%) was subtly spiced. For the insole, small, fine Stopfleberstücke (30%) were marinated overnight with Armagnac and spices (2%) and carefully lifted under the Stopflebermasse.
