Fallot`s Dijon mustard, traditionally ground in a stone mill, has been refined with red bell pepper and garlic for their Moutarde de Dijon a la Provencale. With its fruity and spicy flavor, it enhances sauces and spreads, pairs well with cheese, or can be used as a marinade for meat.
