German rock salt, table salt, 0.1 - 0.7mm, natural
This finely ground rock salt is recommended for seasoning food, but is also suitable for other salt applications where natural quality is important. It was formed more than 200 million years ago by the evaporation of the Zechstein Sea and lies, protected from environmental influences, at a depth of 400-750 meters underground.
