Fermented with the finest sea salt, this highland pepper gets its juiciness and develops with its essential oils a true fireworks on the tongue. He is not too spicy, but still has a full-bodied peppery aroma, which completes the salt. Wonderful as a finish on fish, steaks, and anything that is peppered.
