Bacon plums are an exclusive specialty of the Vulcano ham factory from the Styrian Vulkanland. Fully ripe, harvested and carefully dried plums, wrapped in delicately spicy, wafer-thinly sliced Vulcano bacon with a bite. Delicious with pickled vegetables as an accompaniment, raw or crispy fried.
