2009er 5050, Cuvee, Barrique, 13.5% vol, Avignonesi Capannelle

Density ruby red color, deep with violet hues. Generates thick and flowing curves, the concentration and structure of the wine represent. Its bouquet is intense, long-lasting, aromatic and spicy, with hints of red berries, forest floor, cherries and plums. Aromas of coffee, toast and liquorice, well balanced and clean. On the palate, you can feel the opulence of this wine, one is overwhelmed by the opulence of Merlot (from Avignonesi). Perfect with a thin but sturdy elegance of Sangiovese from Capannelle (18 months stored in new oak). Harmonious combinations: red meat, game and wildfowl, strong or spicy cheeses or simply after a good meal for meditation.
